Introducing our Subpod

So excited to take our gardening to a whole new level! 

We have been waiting on our @thesubpod for a month and it finally arrived! It is our new in-ground worm compost system that is going to help us grow some delicious food…all while reducing food waste and paper waste! This underground system houses worms that will breakdown food and paper waste that turns it in to basically black gold for your garden soil that is full of nutrients and nitrogen!

These Red Wigglers take scraps and turn it into some of the best fertilizer you can use in your garden! These little guys maybe little, but they are mighty! Basically they break down your food scraps (be sure to read the directions on the Subpod what you can and CAN’T put in there) and deliver it back to you in POOP! Yup, you read that right…worm poop aka worm castings!

Byrdie is clearly an expert on composting already by her non-bossy directions to her friend! But I love how she genuinely loves to be out here AND teach her friends all about it! So if you need a teacher, I’ve got your gal!
